one of the best book

This book is changing my life. This is a great tool to have in my weight loss toolbox. It's both motivating and effective at getting you to take the right steps towards weight loss. I love this book.

I love this book. This is a great book with some very useful information. The recipes call for some ingredients that I've never tried before, so am enjoying new tastes. So easy to follow and it makes so much sense. I would recommend it to someone who struggles with dieting.

I love it

Well written and easy to understand !! It was life changing for myself and for my husband. Understanding the body and why we gain weight and how we can lose it and KEEP it off. It was very informative and I learned a ton! I finally have been able to start losing weight too :)

Great book

This book is amazing. It’s the perfect aid for getting started on diet! I feel so much healthier and have noticed a lot of positive changes in my body. Excellent book. Very well written and easily understood. It gives good ideas of how to prepare your self to change your life style which includes diet. Like a previous person I too learned a lot of very useful information and valuable tips. It is very motivational if you are keen begin to lose weight and reading all the benefits will encourage anyone. Recommended!!

simple and effective

Amazing!! It makes a difference reading a book on weight loss when you can see that the author has followed the advice successfully. I liked the way the book was broken down into easy to understand chapters, and that I could quickly re-visit the steps I wanted to re-read. I also liked the way you're encouraged to look at your existing habits and how to build new ones to get to the results you're after.

How to lose weight well

Excellent book , Very easy to follow and certainly works!! This book was being used by a friend, who made a number of recipes for me to try. Delicious. Some similarity with 5-2 diet (also referenced) but the recipes are great whether you wish to lose or maintain weight. I will be looking for more books by this author. Definitely recommend it.

I Loved it!

Loved it! Life changing!

Great!! This book not only changed one woman's life but also has the potential to change any woman's life. Really amazing

Love this book!! Excellent, I can’t recommend this book enough, I have lost more weight with this than I ever have before and it was so painless (this sounds trite but it is so true for me, I love my food). Amazing diet cookbook

Excellent and diet is easy to follow and works!! It works for a busy person like I am. The recipes on offer are difficult to prepare and even my husband has had a go and likes it he has participated and lost as well. I highly recommended who are looking diet guide!!
