one of the best book

This book is changing my life. This is a great tool to have in my weight loss toolbox. It's both motivating and effective at getting you to take the right steps towards weight loss. Sensible and logical

The book is good but the life style is too regimented. I can't cut out all sugar or flour or I don't want to. I have chosen a different eating life style that works for me.

Impressive audiobook

Impressive audiobook. I didn't expect this particular one to work on my because I've tried other weight control type audios and they weren't well made. This one has everything. I'm pleased with it.

Excellent book. Very well written and easily understood. It gives good ideas of how to prepare your self to change your life style which includes diet. Like a previous person I too learned a lot of very useful information and valuable tips. It is very motivational if you are keen begin to lose weight and reading all the benefits will encourage anyone. Recommended!!

simple and effective

Amazing!! It makes a difference reading a book on weight loss when you can see that the author has followed the advice successfully. I liked the way the book was broken down into easy to understand chapters, and that I could quickly re-visit the steps I wanted to re-read. I also liked the way you're encouraged to look at your existing habits and how to build new ones to get to the results you're after. Easy to understand, actionable and sensible advice. Thanks

Absolutely loved this book

This book is quite grounded and balanced in approach. I am especially inspired by weight reduction because of decreasing pressure versus the generally acknowledged "simply eat less and move increasingly" remedy.

This a beautiful book!

Awesome book!! There are a few scripts that are golden in the appendix including one for protection that can be used for just about any other emotional issue I can think of.This audio-book is very interesting and very well organized. I'm glad to have it part of my permanent listening list.

Effective weight loss.....

I wasn't expecting this to work, but it actually has me thinking about exercise and healthy food in a desirable way. I love how I've been craving nutritious foods and wanting to move my body. Effective!
