awesome for weight loss mindset

Impressive Bundle

I really liked this for a few reasons. One is the music, it really fits the theme. Two is the messaging involved in how the wording is done. And three is the narration. Well done over all.

Relaxing but short

I enjoyed her voice & the background music but the initial hypnosis was only 20 min of the hour+ chapter, the rest was relaxing music. I wish I wouldn’t have spent a credit on 50 min of ethereal tones, seems deceptive to offer a 2 hour meditation where it’s really only 15-20 min for each chapter.

Effective

I found this audiobook effective for restraining myself and my desire for junk food, which after a while helps you lose weight just because you're eating healthier.

Added this audiobook to my routine

I listened to this audio once and decided it was worth adding to my routine. It gives me a great motivation in the morning to get going, get into the gym, choose better foods. A good mindset shift.

Working for me

I'm enjoying this method for staying on track. Why is weight loss and getting fit a constant struggle? I know mindset matters and so does dedication, this program is helpful with both in my opinion.

I am enjoying this motivation

I am enjoying this extra motivation to stick with my weight loss and health plans. I like how this reminds me why I want to prioritize my health. It's effective at getting my mind back on track.
