I love this!

This is the most relaxing thing ever. I listened to it last night. I don't remember anything she said, but it was one of the best night's sleep I ever had. This morning, I questioned my breakfast, which was weird. I have also been drinking tons of lemon water, which is also weird. I wanted to know what she said, so I just tried the hypnosis again, consciously trying to stay awake. It feels like I just took some kind of stress pill. lol This will be a regular part of my life, for sure. We shall see what changes manifest with my new attitude. ✌

Could not relax

I just could not relax with this book. Every time I would start to relax her voice would come on and scare the crap out of me. Not sure what to expect, this was the first time I ever have done any kind of meditation.

It works!

Loved it! sleeping before finished. down 4 pounds in 8 days. Not sure typical results. I am excited how
relaxed I feel.

Wasted credit

If you have been using meditation or affirmations, this only has about 10 mins of guided meditation and lousy at that. Don’t spend time here.

don't know if it worked

it was supposed to be hypnosis while you sleep but it kept instructing me to dream or visualize so I'm not sure if it will be effective should I listen again or wjat.

Excellent audiobook!

Excellent audiobook, with very well worded and thought out scripts. Excellent selection of scripts which include scripts for improving dream recall, and lucid dreaming ability, which most books on self hypnosis don't have.

Most enlightening!

This book was most enlightening, affirming and certainly educational. It took courage, inner strength and tremendous insight to address a subject that becomes intangible and more ephemeral the more we delve into it.

Not helpful for weight loss

Although this is a very relaxing audio there's nothing on it about losing weight except only a few words that don't have any substance or foundations. There's no subliminal sounds or words either and no mention of diet supplements that I read in some of the reviews. I did enjoy it for the background music which is relaxing but can't recommend it for weight loss.

Finally stayed awake to hear the end.

Some of the diet related language and ethos worried me a little, a bit judgemental. But the voice is very calming. I haven't lost weight, but I have slept well. Anyone want some cake...

worst buy ever

this hipnosis tell u one the name of it
":hipnosis to loose weight when sleeping::
well it does not tell u when sleeping as as soon as they said open your eyes I was wide awake and the biggest upset is nothing in the whole thing did the words 'lose weight " said in it..

relaxing voice

I have never heard it to the end because I fall asleep but it has helped motivate better eating habits, whether that is a connection to the audio or just in correlation I couldn't say. it has definitely helped a seed grow. If nothing else it is very relaxing to listen too.

Very good and having an effect!

We reviewed alot of audiobooks in this area. We had no experience of ZMH, but write up reviews were persuasive. I highly recommend this title. i'm already seeing some improvement after a week.

I fell asleep so didn't hear it all!

it seemed to take a while talking about getting your breathing right and that you should relax. I fell asleep at some point so didn't hear much else!

Enjoy, works a treat!!

Beautiful relaxing voice. I listened two nights in a row. Had a night off and now listening to it again. Amazing sleep, woke feeling fresh and light. My attitude towards food and eating has shifted. Positive outlook. I feel I will keep listening over and over again.
