I love this!

This is the most relaxing thing ever. I listened to it last night. I don't remember anything she said, but it was one of the best night's sleep I ever had. This morning, I questioned my breakfast, which was weird. I have also been drinking tons of lemon water, which is also weird. I wanted to know what she said, so I just tried the hypnosis again, consciously trying to stay awake. It feels like I just took some kind of stress pill. lol This will be a regular part of my life, for sure. We shall see what changes manifest with my new attitude. ✌

Could not relax

I just could not relax with this book. Every time I would start to relax her voice would come on and scare the crap out of me. Not sure what to expect, this was the first time I ever have done any kind of meditation.

It works!

Love how this is structured and how it gets to the heart of its message. The messaging has worked for me in the way that I want to eat healthier. Was able to avoid pitfalls in the fridge that I usually fall for. Progress!

Self-love and the way you think!

Self-love and the way you think about food is so important when it comes to weight loss. The author of this hypnosis script understands this and delivered a great tool for me to use on those days when I start doubting myself.

don't know if it worked

it was supposed to be hypnosis while you sleep but it kept instructing me to dream or visualize so I'm not sure if it will be effective should I listen again or wjat.

Wasted credit

If you have been using meditation or affirmations, this only has about 10 mins of guided meditation and lousy at that. Don’t spend time here.

Excellent audiobook!

Excellent audiobook, with very well worded and thought out scripts. Excellent selection of scripts which include scripts for improving dream recall, and lucid dreaming ability, which most books on self hypnosis don't have.

Effectively lose weight and I really liked it.

I already had been acquainted with most of the tips, the information on speeding up metabolism before bed to effectively lose weight and I really liked it.

It really helps lose your weight!!! From day one I noticed a change in my sleep pattern. I think it's working on my eating habits, I've been using it about a week and I've noticed some changes the most extreme change has been in sleep, very relaxing, very soothing, lulls me into a deep sleep.

Not helpful for weight loss

Although this is a very relaxing audio there's nothing on it about losing weight except only a few words that don't have any substance or foundations. There's no subliminal sounds or words either and no mention of diet supplements that I read in some of the reviews. I did enjoy it for the background music which is relaxing but can't recommend it for weight loss.

The author offers advice.

The author offers advice but no pie in the sky magic tricks. She talks about the factors that affect an individual's rate of metabolism and when it might be advisable to include supplements to speed it up.

Finally stayed awake to hear the end.

Some of the diet related language and ethos worried me a little, a bit judgemental. But the voice is very calming. I haven't lost weight, but I have slept well. Anyone want some cake...

All in all, I would consider this book a good.

All in all, I would consider this book a good audiobook or refresher course on metabolism, counting calories, weight management and exercise routines.

Myself have changed for the better.

This is great for people with lives.

This is great for people with lives that are super busy, we often neglect ourselves and I found what was explained made sense and was interesting. It made me question my habits and immediately got me thinking of ways to incorporate the hacks into my life

Enjoy, works a treat!!

Beautiful relaxing voice. I listened two nights in a row. Had a night off and now listening to it again. Amazing sleep, woke feeling fresh and light. My attitude towards food and eating has shifted. Positive outlook. I feel I will keep listening over and over again.
