Toco temas muy importantes, creo que he estado cayendo en el cancer de los gerentes. Victimisandome. Eso te lleva a perder tiempo y energia. Evita desarrollar tu capacidad creativa y es como se indico todo lo contrario a los que son los 7 habitos.

The Audiobook I’ve Been Wanting To Listen
This audiobook is exactly what i was looking for to listen. All those tips & advises shared by the author is something i can apply as an entrepreneur in managing my employees. This book aims to guide a leader on how to effectively coach and provide feedback to the members of the staff with compassion.
I am wondering if this is the complete audiobook though as the reading only lasted for less than two hours.
