Publisher's summary

This audiobook is a transcription and reproduction of the training course materials from course three: “Enable Your Life Urge”.

The programming our subconscious mind gets from society is oriented toward us expecting to live short-term lives and then dying in our 70s and 80s. It doesn’t have to be this way.

In this transcription of course three of The 10 Principles of Personal Longevity, we learn how we have been programmed and how we can change our subconscious mind toward a more positive outlook and a greater view of life geared toward longevity.

Very Nice

I'm motivated and already making it Job 1 to get younger by next year. And I'm not even halfway thru the book, it's that good!

Useful

The book reads pretty well although some topics seem a little long winded. Their ideas are explained well.

I Loved It

I LOVED this book. Yes, Martin K. Ettington is well-off, skiing in Aspen, biking in Colorado. So what. He clearly recommends alternatives.

Motivational

This book inspired me to finally start making exercise a regular part of my life in middle age. As a lifelong thin, healthy person with plenty of energy, I never felt the need or desire to exercise, but middle age has a way of slapping you upside the head and reminding you of your mortality.

Incredible Book

I would recommend this book to any adult of any age. It's never too young to form good habits, and the earlier you start the better for your overall well-being!
