New to the Author/Narrator....LOVED BOTH!

I am new to this author and narrator but will listen to anything written or narrated by these two. The story line was sexy, funny and had extremely unforeseen twists! I absolutely LOVED the narrator, his voices and accents were fabulous, I will purchase books just based off him narrating.

This just gets better

This series just gets better and better. The characters are amazing they were so easy to connect to! it starts off with Logan saving Wynter . She is being attached in an ally by some Vamps. she was in a lab trying to find a cure for her firend back in new york while in the Lab the vamps injected her with a virus . she started to change from a human to a wolve. she denied it but Logan scented it right away. I loved Wynter's spunk, courage and tenacity. I loved Logan as Alpha and his struggle with accepting his new role and his own feelings. I love Dimitri too and his use of humor and his good natured ribbing of his alpha. Logan was not ready for a mate. but his inter wolf recognized her. there were scens in the BIG EASY where the vamps are trying to get Wynter. They go to a bar for paranormals and she sees someone there that she recognizes as a money donator for her research. She didnt know he was a Vamp a very old vamp. tehy go out of the big easy and Logan shows her to trust her inner wolf. a line is fantastic and shows what she is feeling " The sensual feel of those lips what would it feel like ". The story line was solid and had me guessing right up til the end about who the bad guys were!

What a new twisted storyline

This tale was full of love and intrigue. It was so delightfully different. Don’t miss out. And the epilogue for the next book. A gurgling bundle found in Yellowstone. Oh my!

impressed

This is the first book of Ms. Grosso that I've listened to and I am impressed. Even though this is obviously part of a series, it can be read/listened to as a stand alone. The story has captured my attention from the beginning and it kept me on my toes, couldn't guess what was coming next. Logan is an Alpha alright, powerful and intelligent, but with a soft heart. At first I didn't know what to make of Winter, but as the story unfolded, she goes thru some harrowing experiences, and found that she is a good match for the Alpha. Thank you Mr. West for bringing this story to life, I was captivated by the emotional delivery and the various nuances and great accents. I am looking forward to listening to more, especially Dimitri's story. I love the voice you gave him *sigh*

another great addition

This was another great addition to the series. While I do enjoy these stories, however, I wish they weren't quite so long. I think that I would have enjoyed it better if it was like 9-10 hours. It was still good though and I will still continue to listen to these books.

You get hot, steamy paranormal romance, action, and all of that based in my hometown, New Orleans. I enjoy being able to picture the areas they are mentioning.

As far as Wynter and Logan's characters go, they are both tough and have their minds set on being loyal to others. Wynter's loyalty to Jax is what almost breaks Wynter and Logan before they even start....but their pull towards each other is too strong. Logan's loyalty to his pack is admirable, but he is also quite impatient and mean to Wynter when it comes to her decisions towards the pack. He is so set on being a great alpha, that he really doesn't consider her feelings at times. & Lucy is just a troublemaker from the start...the story could have gone much farther with Lucy and really aggravated the heck out of me, but luckily that was a bit of angst that was not pursued.

As far as the other characters in the book..honestly, more than Logan and Wynter's character, I really liked the beta, Dimitri. I think that without Dimitri's help Wynter and Logan would not have ended up together. Leopold intrigues me... I'm curious as to his true intentions towards others as he seems like a mystery of sorts. I felt like something was off with Jax too...maybe he did help Wynter growing up, but I felt like there was something else going on with him. There really are so many characters in these books that I'm curious as to how many books this series will end up having.

I would recommend this book and series.
