The New Jersey Devils finished second last in the Metropolitan Division. Given the amount of expectations heading into the season, they severely underperformed. However, a lot of factors certainly didn't go their way. They dealt with a lot of injuries, a coaching change, and a lot more. Luckily, the offseason will give them a chance to hit the reset button.

The 2023-24 season is now officially over for the New Jersey Devils. They lost to the New York Islanders 4-1 on Fan Appreciation Night. It was another disappointing game for the Devils, but that's been their brand all season long. It's time to shift the focus over to the offseason and the potential moves that Tom Fitzgerald could make.

It was an absolute barn burner as the New Jersey Devils defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs 6-5. The Devils scored three power-play goals and Timo Meier helped lead the charge. Jesper Bratt came up big in the third period and is now a point-per-game player. The Devils captured the season series against the Leafs, defeating them two games to one.
