Good Story

not a fan of the details of their sex lives. liked the main story line.

Slow start

Disappointing start too much repetitive dialogue trying to create a sexual tension. Otherwise when the intrigue of the story finally came it was compelling.

Gotta love the HEA :-)

Wonderful action, lots of emotion, a hunky hero and a 'pixie' of a heroine. Lovely story for lovers of romance.

Loved the narration..The story line certainly kept my attention. I can't wait until the next in this series is released..

The storyline is good, I despise the filty language and the sex, both being way overdone.

Great read!

I really enjoyed this one. It was interesting and kept me engaged the entire time. I enjoyed getting to know Matt and Trista in this story as well as their two animals, Sheba (k-9) and Poofy (cat). Trista is a CIA analyst and is very good at her job. She doesn't have the best interpersonal skills as she has always been very smart and so spent more time on the outside social circles. She is immediately attracted to Matt but doesn't think he sees her that way and she stutters around him since she likes him. It's cute. Matt is drawn to Trista as well but do to something that happened when he was 16, he has a lot of guilt and doesn't think he deserves to be happy and find someone to last. Someone attacks Trista and Matt is there in time to intervene and stop it before she gets hurt too bad. It sets them on a collision path though to spending more time together and trying to figure out who is after her and why. I got more connected to the characters the longer the story went on and I loved getting to know Matt's friends as well. This story was well written and had the intrigue and mystery to go along with the relationship elements. I enjoyed watching these two bring the best out of the other and helping them through what they had going on. I am excited to see what comes next in the series.
The narrator did a good job with the characters and the story.

Should have been good .........

It was just too slow and the characters just were a bit boring - it felt fairly forced, we keep getting told what they are internally thinking but there is not much action to back up the thoughts.
I cant quite put my finger on it - its not terrible, but also not interesting

Narration was awful with no voice, inflection, or emotion.

I tried to get into this book, but the narration was so flat and lacked any emotion. Making it difficult to become engaged in the story too bad not only did I not want to finish this audible book, but I also wouldn’t check out another by this author, unless they had a different narrator.

Very good story from start to finish could not stop listening to the great well written book.
