A must hear!

Excellent! Thanks to that audio I'll buy the book for sure. Tony really inspire and lead by the heart. It's not just running a company, it's a whole new approach with all stakeholders involved - customer, employees and providers. Congrats Tony & Team!

Short but impactful.

Listen to the Tony Hsieh story, the culture of Zappos and his pursuit of happiness and his inspiring quest to deliver it, to as many as possible.

Thoroughly enjoyed. Could listen for hours.
