Great Story-Unfinished Ending

the overall story was amazing! It had great twists and turns that I never saw coming. The narration was superb. The reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because of the ending. It leaves so so much untold. It doesn't feel like I finished the book, just another chapter. I was so shocked when I heard the audio for the credits come on because I really thought there was another chapter to finish the story. I really hope that the reason for this is because the author has a part two/second book in mind. If not, then it's a very disappointing ending.

Shocking

Honestly I wasn’t very invested in this story from the start but I can say by the end I was. It wasn’t as bad as I had first assumed it to be. It sort of felt like a netflix show that I’d reluctantly turned on and wasn’t entirely upset that i’d watched it all the way through.

Pretty Little Liars meets Gilmore Girls

This was such a fun and #enjoyable read. The wit, snark, and clever dialogue had me #laughing at times. This was a quick read but it was one I won't soon forget. It was not the murder/mystery I have come to know and love from Barnes but it was #heartfelt. #southernbelles #clever #tagsgiving #sweepstakes

soap opera for sure

not my cup of tea, loved the surprise ending, hated the time traveling plot back and forth too much.
characters were great and wish sadie grace had her own story. also really liked boone.
nick was I teresting and h ER e were a lot unanswered questions the end.

Southern Charm and Lots of Mischief

Wow, this story was a trip! My anxiety usually doesn't handle mystery / thrillers so well, but this one was an adventure, and it unfolded beautifully. What a heartbreaking and yet hopeful story of privilege, circumstance, and beautiful, delightful revenge.
