An interesting look into how TJ Klune prepares and writes his novels. Also learning how he chooses his narrators, how he perceives his years to come, and his tough comments about the terrible reality of the current censure of books in the US today, were all valuable insights from this fantastic author.

Anyone who reads this, but has yet to read a book by TJ, I heartily advise that you do pick up one of his books. They are funny, clever, heart-rending, heart, uplifting, inventive, and just wonderful. They truly do transport you as books should do.

TJ is the absolute best!!

It was so very great to hear TJ—to hear his actual voice and in his own words—discuss everything from his inspirations for ‘In the Lives of Puppets’ and his writing process, to the ridiculous recent and ongoing book banning in this country. I’ve been a huge fan of TJ’s work for years now, and this little interview only helps to prove why I believe he’s one of the best, most talented, and most important authors of his generation.
