seems to be what I expected

it's very soothing. very logical. very affirmative. I'm just getting started with it, but I'm sure I got my money's worth. warning: this is not for trolls. there are no special effects or pixie dust. like anything in life, the true power of change is within the listener. these recordings simply bring it to the surface.
