It is time to forget the "vomit" or in other words "your past."  I know this sounds disgusting but there are things that you are holding onto in your mindset from your past that is pure vomit. It is something that you keep going back to and you are trying to figure out why. There are people in your life you have a hard time letting go of and you are trying to figure out why. Well this episode is all about learning how to forget the vomit so that you can reach forth into where God is calling you to do in this season.

What type of mindset do you have a chicken coop mindset or an eagle mindset?  Sometimes we do not know how limited our thinking is when it relates to letting go of our past. We do not realize how much we fail to trust God beyond what we know and fail to realize that God has given us the wings we need to soar. God has given you everything you need but all God requires you to do is expect something great, expect God to use your flaws, expect God to use your weakness to move you to a deeper level of becoming all he destined you to be.
