Difficulty enjoying narrator
This book was intriguing and well written, and the narrator can definitely set a tone but sometimes I couldn’t tell if she was doing a woman’s voice or a man’s. Especially between Jocelyn and her father. She also takes strange pauses and chops sentences where they should not be.
