Even though this is basically the same as the sermons that Rick Warren did on the 8 principles of Celebrate Recovery, it's still great information. The "Actions" that accompany each principle are very thought provoking and they alone are worth the money/credit! I have become a huge fan of John Baker, Rick Warren, Saddleback Church, and Celebrate Recovery. I don't know a single soul who wouldn't benefit from the help and information in this book.

Healing comes from hearing. Hearing the words that G-d has through this book and in HIS Word (Bible), has been life changing, life healing.

This book took me months to finish, but I'm so glad I did. It's so full of meaty Biblical truths. I will be listening to it again. I have the hardback book also. I like to follow along with my highlighter in hand while I listen and take notes. I'm sending it to my sister. I will read it again after I'm done digesting it.

This is something that will get under your skin and change your life forever -for the better.

Written to lead into Celebrate Recovery, it is an easy read but by no means shallow. Don't read this if you can't get real with yourself.
