Clarity of practice

I have been a vipassana meditator for years now and with each day my practice develops deeper and is imbued with wisdom. This book has been such an important part of this journey. The anapanasati sutta, along with many other suttas, can be vague to say the least. Life is meditation; meditation is life has been such a wonderful guide and unpacks the deeper teachings of this sutta.
