For teens and parents!!

This is helpful for parents as well as for teens!

The books covers wide range of topics that teens go through and need to learn such as stress, anxiety, resilience, self-care, etc.
The questions and exercises are good to help readers put thing in practice instead of it being just "theory". I like that the book covers social media, how to use it, it is negative impact as it is a big area in teens' life.

Overall, it is a good book preparing the next general for life and how to be successful.

Helpful guidance to navigate teen to adulthood.

As a father of a pre-teen this was a helpful listen and reminder to be there along side my child through this time in life. Great tips on how to manage oneself and put control in there hands to handle the situations life throws at us all. Highly recommend!

Managing lifestyle factors for teens!

The author of this book definitely gets to the bottom of most common sources that triggers anxiety. With proven techniques that help teens and even adults I would say, this book covers it all. We all suffer from some kind of anxiety and trying to deal with it sometimes is quite difficult. It is very engaging and not boring at all. Being a teen and dealing with every day demands, stresses and social phobias can be very overwhelming and discouraging, but this book for sure can help you find one way or another to help cope with those problems. It will for sure teach you skills to guide you for the rest of your life to help and boost self confidence by learning how to manage your anxiety.
