Horrible AI narration very fake and stilted. This book is filled with toxic positivity-advice on how to distract yourself and not feel your feelings. The exact opposite of what anyone who has lost a child should be doing There are other books that validate the importance of the deep grief which is inevitable after the loss of a child. Thankfully, I am aware that playing mind games and trying to cheer myself up with only exacerbate my situation. Steer clear.
