Enjoyable and Informative

Sometimes I struggle to listen to other podcasts because they're too long and/or boring, so listening to them can feel like a tedious chore. This is not like that at all!

"Life With Lost Keys" has a conversational format. I feel like I'm listening to (informed and experienced!) people chat about ADHD challenges (and solutions!) rather than feeling like I'm in a lecture. It's refreshing.

I've been a fan of René Brooks and her blog "Black Girl, Lost Keys" since I heard of her a year ago and I'm glad that she has a podcast now.
