    Penny Glass grew up in Detroit, Michigan wearing rags and when times go tough as a mother she took a leap of faith to create the non-profit organization "The Clothing Exchange" that allows people to trade in their clothes that do not fit or they no longer want for "new to them" gently used clothes. Since she founded The Clothing Exchange, Penny has battled cancer and suffered catastrophic loss from Hurricane Harvey and yet still manage to clothe thousands of people in her community each year.
