My favorite recovery resource

I love this book. Because the author is both a recovering addict and a therapist who specializes in sex and porn addiction recovery, the book contains personal insight as well as knowledge gained from years of study and working with numerous others in various stages of recovery. I can relate to the personal stories, and trust the guidance and direction given. As a female in recovery, I appreciate the thought the author put into making the language and the content applicable to anyone who listens to this book. The chapters are short, so it's easy to take in a complete chapter while driving to work or taking a walk. This makes it a great resource for those days I'm struggling and need some inspiration to bolster my commitment.

Of all the recovery resources I've used, Life After Lust is the one I keep close by and refer to most often, and I'm excited and grateful to have it available in a new, convenient format.

The author of the book describes sex addiction in a sense that it is comprehensive and covers not only the addict's struggles but also the pain people around him or her struggles with daily. Highly recommended!

Too much Christianity

There is no mention that this book will suite Bible verses and exploit Christian moral values instead of neutral non-religious views.
