This is truly the most beautiful meditation I have ever heard. Lucinda Drayton has the loveliest voice, musical and lyrical. The meditation itself is deeply moving at times, heart wrenching at others, accepting, forgiving, and always, loving. If you've ever experienced any kind of loss, this is a gift you can give to yourself, should give yourself.

Love how she tells you to look in your own eyes and say I forgive you. that really helped me to start forgiving myself and others. I have to hear her everyday..

A Slow Deep Positive Experience!

Letting Go, Moving On was written by a creative soul going through her own personal challenges. I've enjoyed other similar audio books about self-healing; but this audio book is especially touching & effective. The author's voice is almost ethreal-very soothing and moving. Whatever you're personal struggle is-give this a try! I highly recommed it!

Amazing!

On the first listen to this meditation I felt like a weight was taken off of me. It was so helpful to hear such a calm and caring voice talk about acceptance and moving on while creating images to help me visualize it. If you've suffered a loss or betrayal and can't seem to let go, you should give this a chance.

It's the first time for me to buy this kind of audio book while going through painful time in my life. This made me deal with it so effectively by just listening to it over and over again and following the meditations that's narrated by the author. It helped me understand myself and the situation in a positive way, made me realized that to move on I peacefully needed to let go without hatred and bitterness. To fully accept what was happening... The soothing voice of the author made the difference too... Very effective!
