Easy to understand!

I love how the food and its nutrients are explained in this book! With all this information in mind, it seems a little bit easier to create a customized diet. I need to put a lot of effort but I think I am on the right path.
I’m also working on the right mindset to have that has been explained in the book. Once you get the point, it is not very difficult to do so! I could see a difference instantly; I feel a lot more relaxed about food

Motivating and Educational

I always thought that I needed to know the past to make good choices, and it is right. I have found this book interesting because first, it explains to you some theory about how our ancestors ate and secondly the evolution of dieting in the contemporary time. Everything has been enriched with notions about healthy eating. So interesting!
I also enjoyed how the narrator told the story.

it goes deep into around 10/15 diets, speaking about their story, pros and cons.
In the last chapters the authors gives his point of view and speaks about its favourite diet.

very informative

This book is very informative; especially, I enjoyed the way the author represented the popular diets and the discussions comparing and contrasting many dietary paths that have become popular. The author only talks about the diet, but he focuses on the mindset and habits you need to create while eating a particular diet. This book discusses different kinds of diets, but it mainly focuses on choosing a diet according to their own preference for their goal, taste, and value. Overall it’s a good book on the subject.

Making sense of diets

I don't think I could read another diet book because the more I read, the more confused I get. This book helped me organize the information I've already heard. It also put things into perspective. Some people can follow lists of foods to eat and stay the course, I can't. This book enabled me to understand why some foods are better than others and just make good choices. This is especially helpful when I'm away from home and less capable of controlling the food available to me.

Awesome Diet Explanation

Having a healthy lifestyle is extremely important and this book exactly shows how to create a healthy diet and also other healthy habits. For example, keeping a record of your food and fitness, surrounding yourself with "healthy" people or changing your mindest. There are so many different diets to try and everyone will fit to another diet, so this audiobook is very helpful as it describes the pros and cons of many different diets. Benjamin Di Marco made a great job explaining what to do and how you can reach what you want depending on your goals. I recommend listening to this audiobook.

smart collection - handy diet's review

If you are looking for an review of 13 most popular diets, with pros and cons that you can adapt for your needs, that book is a good choice. I especially enjoyed the part about so called blue zones (regiones in the world where people, and that is proven scientifically, live longer and healthier) and food myths section.

It is really interesting both the explanation and the comparison.

eye-opening listen

I would reccomend this book to who wants to deep into diets but really don't know where to start.
Easy to follow.
Not very deep into all the diets on the market but it gives a general idea of many of them. Needful for who feels lost in this gigantic world.

Really useful information in this audiobook

The fitness industry is booming with loads of fad diets and with new ones constantly arising, it can be really difficult to keep up with them and what they all involve. Di Marco takes you through the 12 most popular fad diets and explains everything you need to know about them. It can be really difficult to find out about them all individually online but he has done the research and it is really beneficial to have all the info you need in one place. I would highly recommend this audiobook!

Enjoy food again

word of dieting!

I was so scared about choosing the right diet for me before listening to this book. I have tried a lot of diets just because they worked out for my friend, but non of them worked for myself. I think I am going to re-listen to this audiobook thanks to the number of useful information that it has. I think I can do it now.

Unconventional book.

It is hard to find a comparison between 12 diets -twelve!!!- online. I have found the book so much interesting because the author's approach is totally new to me. It explains how diets have been developed and why. Why should I follow a diet for losing weight that has been created for children with epilepsy? Very much appreciated.
