Story
Why did Albert Einstein discover the general theory of relativity, Jane Goodall advance our understanding of primatology, and Steve Jobs change the way we think of computers and phones, while many other people live lives of quiet imitation? What are the components that contribute to an original and brilliant life? In this highly innovative new book, Arjuna Ardagh shows us how brilliance can become more of a predictable outcome and less of an accident: when four very different kinds of activity and focus co-exist together.

To be metahuman, however, isn’t science fiction and is certainly not about being a superhero. To be metahuman means to move past the limitation constructed by the mind and enter a new state of awareness, where we have deliberate and concrete access to peak experiences that can transform people’s lives from the inside out.

Publisher's Summary
The first full-length audio workshop from the author of The Translucent Revolution, Let Yourself Go illuminates why all beliefs are "contractions in consciousness" that create the illusion of separation. It explores Unresisting Experience -- a powerful technique for dismantling limiting belief structures -- and how to surrender to a life "beyond belief" and open to "the wisdom of not knowing".

Transformative
This 'book' is actually a series of seminars the author gave. It has gently guided me to some profound shifts in my awareness, and I am grateful that I stumbled across this title. Highly recommended!

Truly Liberating...
I stumbled upon this book by chance... and decided to dig in. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it met me where I was, and helped me understand the construct I identified as "truth"... from a faulty identification with body, thoughts, concepts, beliefs and the juxtaposition of these things... which create an illusion that I had identified as "my life"... and then guided me through a series of very simple, yet DEEP exercises that allowed me to "let go" of the things kept the illusion alive.
He references and credits a number of wonderful teachers, has great musical interludes for reflection periods, and as a result of the simple processes he guides the listener through... reawakened me to the "Truth" about it all.
It was TRULY a transformative experience, for which I am eternaly grateful.

Different perspective!
I have read numerous spiritual and self development books, and in general I found many similar ideas and techniques running through most of them. This book however revealed ideas and techniques that were completely different and new to me. I found the content of this book extremely useful.

Good information--but you've gotta dig for it.
Arjuna offers some solid practical advice for working with the mind and many of the ways we get "hooked." At times his meditation exercises can be a over-simplistic. I found myself skipping through a lot of the audio to dig for some good kernels of wisdom.

A Spiritual Leader!
This program gave me helpful insight to the 'real me' and comfort in that realization. Spiritual leaders like these are what we need to help us all along an improved path towards inner peace and our ultimate salvation as people! In addition, his means to help resolve and lay to rest our inner thought based conflicts were very helpful and showed to me how much he cares about us all and that we are all one!
