This Is The Best Book I Have Read On This Subject

This book and author gets right down to business. It's very specific on the things that that need to get done to becoming an icon in life. I am so happy I purchased this book. I have always been an Alpha, but this book is going to take to the level I am shooting for.

This is a great book. I enjoy listening to content like this at work, it keeps me motivated to push through obstacles and stop complaining when I don't have what I want in life. I need to rise to the occasion and take what I want.

Healthy masculinity beautifully explained.

don't believe anyone in the comments saying this doesn't have any value or it's a blah book. this book is one of the healthiest on the subject and it focuses on true masculinity not other social constructs. it actually helped me save a relationship. the way this woman responded to me before and after this book is unbelievable.

Short and To-The-Point Listen. Very Informative and surely useful. This book encompasses advice that I have been seeking for a long time. I can’t wait to implement what I’ve learned, and I will refer back to this audiobook often.

It's pretty good!

I was skeptical at first. Seeing the title and description made me instantly think of frat bros and gym rats. I decided to give it a listen and was not disappointed. This book offers solid advice for someone looking for a starting platform to picking themselves up in the world. If you are in need of a work-through step-by-step on how to begin learning the ways of building self confidence and why it works, you should give it a listen, too!

I will add, the narration was a lot like listening to an as-seen-on-tv advertisement, but not bad. And this book is not meant to be gone through all in one shot, it's meant to be worked through, so pace yourself and apply the advice if it works for you.
