Great Book!!

Great story not just only about a SOCOM Ranger medic but also gives you a look into the lives of the Ranger family. From training, both tactical and medical, to the rigors of war/deployments it really captivates you. As a former Ranger Medic myself, it brought me back to the training and the brotherhood that is established when at war. GREAT BOOK, GREAT LISTEN!

Never has there been a more accurate telling!

I have spent a lifetime reading military books. This is by far the most accurate telling of a modern day warrior. We sweat, bleed, cuss, and cry. I am the Infantry. Follow me!

closest you can get to living it.

the hardest part about explaining what its like to deploy and live soldiers is putting it in words that describe and honor your brothers. Leo Jenkins does just that. No soldier has the exact same experience and he sums up what's it's like to embrace the suck and deploy again. and again. and again. a must listen to for service members and family's.
