Publisher's summary

It takes a demon to catch a demon.

Got a dispute with another demon and killing them just won't solve it? Leonie Hendricks gets results, no matter what the cost.

Even if her life-long internal battle with her non-human side is seriously taking its toll.

A new case throws Leonie back into the arms of the man who broke her heart. While she'd rather stab him and get on with her life, her professional principles demand that she hunt down her client's fiendish assailant before innocent humans get caught in the crossfire.

But when things take a sinister turn, Leonie finds herself in a deadly fight not just for her heart, but for her very soul.

The stabbing, however, is still on the table. A girl's got to have a Plan B.

Adore This Series!!!

Leonie Hendricks: Demon P.I. by Deborah Wilde is an extension of the Nava Katz Unlikeable Demon Hunter series, and I want it to continue forever! I love this world and these characters, I can't get enough of them! Leonie is Nava's best friend and a half demon Private Investigator. Deborah Wilde has fast become one of my favorite authors. I love the sarcasm and humor that she brings in her writing! I'm hopeful that there will be more to come with these fantastic characters, but if not, it's been a great time!!!!! Sarah Puckett also was magnificent in narrating this book, highly recommend....but start with the 1st of Nava's books, The Unlikeable Demon Hunter to you won't be disappointed if you like snarky strong women who kick behind!! ❤️❤️❤️

Favorite couple in series.

I try not to talk about the book so there are no spoilers. Best couple in the series. Now can we get another book w/Navas brother & his significant other.

Leonie Hendricks

This book starts off running and doesn’t stop to test until the end. I love the strength Leonie has and the will to be human instead of the monster half her father gifted her with. This story will have a few twists that will keep you hooked until the end. Narration, as always with Sarah Puckett, is absolutely fantastic.

Listen to this at 1.2 speed

A good close to the series but the reader is a bit slow so I just speeded up the Reed speed and it went fine great book

Narrator was bland boring and blah

Story was ok, narrator made it blah. I found myself thinking of other things when I realized I wasn’t listening.

Can't get into the narration putting me to sleep

I enjoyed the Nava Katz. There were moments i had a lot going on that maybe i would start to lose track but caught myself and went back. Bc I was upset or thought i missed something. Usually bc I am doing way too many things. However this narration is truly forgettable i just can't and I really loved Leo's character in the series. Hopefully i can get my credit back bc 10 chapters in and I have no clue

cannot get past the narration.

I've listened to all the Nava Katz books and LOVED them. The narrator was fantastic. But I am having a really hard time getting past the first chapter and it has everything to do with the narrator. I've listened to A Lot of books and she's the worst by far. She's a monotone valley girl who doesn't speak loud enough. I listen to books while I'm doing so many different things including while in the shower. I've never had a problem hearing the narrator. I couldn't hear her at all. And her inflection is flat. It's like listening to a valley girl tell you how to hook up your tv in a monotone voice. I couldn't take it. I will try it again but I don't think I can get through the book which makes me sad bc I loved the whole Nava Katz series and I love this character. I hope the author finds a new narrator.
