So far I have tried two recipes from this book.
So far I have tried two recipes from this book. The first was Lamb Rogan and the author gave all the ingredients but forgot to tell you that the bay leaves should go in the instant pot with the lamb, just said to take them out in #5. The second recipe was Syrian-Style Shakriyeh-lamb yogurt stew. Again, the author doesn't tell you what to do with the chopped onion so I just put it in the pot with the lamb. The first recipe was good but needed a little heat. I'll find out about the second one later tonight

The book was really helpful. Lectins are present almost every food and are almost impossible to avoid completely, but for some people cutting down on the foods that are high in lectins is a good idea and can promote better heath as a result. Inside the pages of this book you will discover the benefits of following a lectin-free diet which encourages the absence of foods that are high in lectins, such as grains and conventionally-raised meat and poultry. And if that sounds like hard work there are also a range of delicious recipes for you to try. This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. Lectin Free Cookbook contains a variety of awesome recipes! The plethora of meaty and vegetarian main dishes and side dishes make putting together a lectin free meal plan fun and easy. I never knew about lectins until I read this cookbook. It is amazing just how pivotal it is to keep lectin intake low because they can end up being not digested. Now I have recipes that can help me with weight loss and with increasing my energy throughout the day. This book was an absolute lifesaver! Prior to downloading, I didn't know that much about lectins or a lectin-free lifestyle. I had been planning a brunch at home for a few friends and found out that one of my guests was recently lectin-free for a health issue. This book was the best purchase I could make! Not only did it start by offering explanations as to how a lectin-free diet works, but the recipes were delicious and so easy to follow! (The Brussel sprouts were especially delicious as a side!) I do think it would be a nice addition to add photos to the Kindle version of the book, as I wasn't sure if the dishes should look a certain way when finished (I frequently cook gluten-free for family members and experience has shown that some dishes look different when altered for diet restrictions like that). Overall, this book was very helpful and informative; I can’t wait to try out the other recipes soon.
