Excellent start to learning Italian

I recently finished this book and I couldn't be happier with my choice! This bundle is perfect bundle for anyone starting their journey into the Italian language. The exercises and practical vocabulary helped me feel more confident speaking and understanding basic Italian. Like a Bowl of Spaghetti!

I know it's a weird headline, but this book is as fun and satisfying as a bowl of pasta. I picked it up for fun, not expecting much, but it got me hooked! The lessons are relaxed, realistic, and had me forming real sentences in no time. Now I’m texting my Italian cousin without needing Google Translate every five seconds. Never thought I’d say this, but learning a language can actually be fun.

Learning to speak Italian with this book is sweet. I got on a whim before planning my dream trip to Italy, and it turned into my daily practice until up to obsession. The narration is relaxed but effective. I was shocked how much I could say after few chapters. No boring drills, just smooth, natural conversations that stick.

Thorough and So Helpful!

I would consider this book a great place to start when it comes to learning Italian. I found it very helpful that native speakers were used throughout—after all, half the battle of learning a new language is proper pronunciation.

The lessons in this book were established well. With each lesson being only 30 minutes long, I found it easy to carve out time, without becoming overwhelmed.

This book also comes with great supplemental materials. I liked having a PDF of the transcripts to follow along. I am more of a visual learner so this was an added bonus. I also found the "sleep audio" useful. It's hard to say how much listening to something in your sleep aids with learning, but I know studies have shown positive effects. A great way to gain extra reinforcement without an interruption to your daily schedule.

I would recommend anyone wanting to learn Italian to start here. It is paced well, and easy to follow.

It has been a great addition to my language-learning journey! This set is designed for beginners, and it really shines.
