Not worth it
So I wasn’t aware that the entirety of this was only 23min, the quality was fine but it wasn’t worth the purchase for how little information you get in exchange for it. This easily could have been learned an a YouTube video and I wish I hadn’t bothered with it.

Learnt simple phrases but the Intro was TOO LONG!
I wouldn't pay for this audio book (got it as a free offer). Half of it was just an English introduction (about 7 minutes!) The second half of the book taught a simple conversation in Russian, which was good.
But on the whole I wouldn't recommend such an audio book - they wasted too much time talking about their "secret" system to learning a language, which I still don't have a clue as to what it could be ...

Don't bother.
Most of this download is an explanatory on what they are going to do. There are three (very) short sessions teaching you how to say hello and then that's it.
Waste of time.
