Great Resource

I am a language learner with a basic level of Italian and an intermediate level of Spanish. I really liked the way this book was organized. It is easy enough for a beginner, yet interesting enough for higher levels of language skills. The lessons were fun and engaging. I loved that there is an accompanying pdf which made it easy to follow through with each lesson. The pronunciation guides were helpful. The audio was well done and pleasing to the ear. The narrator was easy to understand and had a pleasant speaking voice. I recommend this book as a great resource on your language learning journey.

The thoroughness of the subject covered

I liked learning the basics, the foundation of Italian. I disliked that the narrator has such a strong accent that in the audio I'm unable to understand many words. On the other hand it may actually help when in Italy.

Really good on multiple levels

Lots of good information and quizzes at the end of chapters to help assimilate your new knowledge in each book. Book 2 has lots of info on traveling, living in, and visiting Italy. There are also plenty of conversational phrases for multiple situations that you can use as well as to study proper sentence structure. Book 3 has multiple short stories which further assist in learning and reading the Italian language. The accompanying PDF document, which is printable, is highly recommended to guide your success in learning. This is a comprehensive series of learning materials.

Very Helpful

I found this audiobook to be very helpful in learning to speak Italian. I like the fact that I can pause and repeat as many times as I need to without someone getting frustrated.
