Recommend for beginners

The fact that you can slow down and speed up the audio is the best thing ever. I can go back to bits I don't understand and slow it down to see exactly what she's saying. My goal is to listen to the chapters without having to do this at all. Can't wait till I get it!!

Worth the credit

15) A friend told me to use my first month free trial to get a free story for French class so can't complain. For $7 it'd still be worth it. Paying way more for college classes learning way less (>.<)

Good resource

Compared to learning things in high school from lectures and textbooks I'm glad my tutor recommended me this. Feel like I'm not even studying when I can just listen to this and go on with my day!

Good narrator (hard on that English, but understandable), plus the possiblity to slow down... that's a plus! French goes by fast!

Good immersion tactics

Having been to France when I was way younger the author really tries to immerse you through the character Clara. The things she does and places she goes are real and helps you give a sense of being there with her. I guess feeling that is the next best thing to being there again. For me atleast I felt this way!

I took french in high school and loved it back then, but since I haven’t studied the language and its deteriorated since unfortunately. This program was great for helping me retain some info I'd forgotten. The story makes it interesting and helps you improve your listening and speaking of french.

Quality

Good narration from native French speaker, questions at the end to test what you've learnt, adjustable speed to choose from. A plus from me.

Enjoyable way of learning

Unique way of teaching French with the story following a young girl on exchange. Was different to other styles of teaching I've come across but it was refreshing since it kept you interested. More enjoyable than apps like memrise and duolingo.

Well made

The audio is broken into 10 chapter all with different topics and vocab. This is perfect for me since I can listen to a chapter here and there when I have small chunks of free time during my day and practice vocab from that chapter after I've listened to it.

The book was great so I got the audio so I could listen to it and improve my comprehension
