Hopefully you get the gist, if you understand the lean start-up and you want to be someone that actually gets something important done rather than spouting catchphrases then you MUST understand this book; to me it's probably more so or equally important to the lean startup, running lean and the startup owner's manual.

Although this is the very first book

Although this is the very first book I have listened about the lean six sigma, I am really glad it was this book I chose. For some reason, I feel like it contains all the necessary information I need because it feels complete.

This book if you want to know what lean means

This book if you want to know what lean means and have this book in your library if you want from time to time to comeback and see if there is anything left you could apply as far as the lean philosophy goes.

I like the fact that it helped me become more

I like the fact that it helped me become more structure oriented, even though not every step is applicable to the hospitality industry in which I operate. Yes, ‘Six Sigma’ is a statistical approach to improve established business processes primarily in the manufacturing industry.

It gives a more prominent comprehension

It gives a more prominent comprehension of how the framework attempts to enhance the working environment. I would highly recommended to read this book everyone. This book collection will help you reach near perfection in the products that you sell, the customer service that you provide, and the lack of waste that you achieve.

Not that great

I guess summary of the books, should be that exactly, however I found that these summaries lacked structure and depth of the information you get after finishing an entire book. I just happened to read Lean startup and it's not there to put it politely. If you take out repeating words time would go down significantly.

Great content, difficult listen.

There is some great insight, tools and content in the book but for a subject matter that is extremely useful but let’s be honest always the most gripping, I feel the reader needs to be a lot more enthusiastic and engaging, whereas the reader in this book can become very monotone and hard to pay attention too.

Really poor

The readers tone is both nauseating and dreary. It explains the context but doesn't give any real direction and the information is out of date and doesn't flow. Also not professional when it comes to recording as you can hear cups being moved around and the reader correcting mistakes.
