Lean Startup System for business success

The Lean Startup by Author was both inspiring and thought provoking for me. I find the audio book content useful and supportive of my entrepreneurial journey. The new business innovation emphasizes on going lean, or green or using as little as possible to accomplish the most possible.

Next gen thinking about Lean Enterprise

This audio book takes management practices developed in the Asia manufacturing segment based on the scientific method and translates them into a prescription for how to apply when to startups.Interesting for how to make a business work in developing novel physical products, too--if not quite as applicable.

Fascinating lessons for entrepreneur of every kind

Author defines a startup as "a human institution designed to create new products and services under conditions of extreme uncertainty." As a new college professor -- trying to serve student learning for the first time in a new environment -- I find that the principles of his innovative practices extend far beyond the boardroom or garage.

Excellent concepts on Building a Lean Business

Should be required listening for all entrepreneurs. I except that the author gets quite repetitive while exploring the subtleties of applying the Lean management techniques. A few templates to get newbies started would have helped.

Sponsored Content to Building a Lean Business

I kept having to tamp down the bias that this audio book is spoken for software concentric ventures. Yes, the examples are clearly anchored in technology/application development. Be smart enough to look past that and grasp the concepts and you have a good tool that can be leveraged in just about any sector and just about any function.

This audio book benefits many positions from all perspectives in just about any industry. The nature of the Lean Startup itself is something that can be applied to nearly all facades in life. I listen The Lean Startup a few times a year just because it always amazes me on how much I continue to learn from its philosophy.

Lean Startup is a well-spoken audio book with a lot of fresh ideas and thinking about start-ups and entrepreneurship. It explains how start-ups are about validated learning and how the optimization of start-ups needs to be about how fast they go through the build-measure-learn cycle.

A comprehensive view of the new venture cycle

I'm delighted with Lean Startup because it bridges the practicalities involved in the creation of a venture to a framework that everyone can understand. It tilts the playing field towards the learning process, not the business plan design process, to help entrepreneurs understand how to experiment fruitfully and efficiently.

Lean startups within larger organizations

I would highly recommend this audio book to folks in the process of founding a startup, as well as to leaders and instigators within larger companies who are seeking to launch new developments using small cross functional teams in a leaner and more accelerated fashion than traditional waterfall development efforts.

Points important things about building a Business

Great audio book. It organizes the basic concepts about agile product development and who to set business strategy. The pivot concept is quite accurate and it helps technicians to understand why business value is also important for success - I came from a technical background and it is really common to find people that only things about the product, the core technology inside it, but never cares about the business so for me, this book makes sense totally.

Should be required listening for Lean Enterprise

This is a great, entertaining view of what entrepreneurship can be when it is done right. Not the be all and end all on the subject and the serious listener will want to dive into some of the other books on the subject.

Stunning impact, inspires clarity about Enterprise

Fast-forward having applied lean startup to two different startups, and the results are profoundly different. There's never a question for why we are building what we are building, how it's related to solving a real problem for real people & who will pay for the problem to be solved.

Excellent guide to Using Six Sigma in Business

Excellent and logical - but most importantly, convincing. There could be more information on the topic of how to recruit people to work with you or for you in pre-seed stages and what is appropriate to expect or ask of them.
