  • How to create your own system that is Lean.
  • How to set goals that work with the Lean system
  • Steps to implement Lean and make it as simple as possible.

  • Is it possible to use the Lean system to run my business more effectively?
  • Kanban and how this method fits in well with the Lean system.
  • The 5S’s, and how they can work together to get more done with Lean.
  • Adding Six Sigma to the mix and how both of these methodologies will bring your business to the top.

Great method

These days, it is more difficult than ever to build a business that can remain competitive in a world where customers can find your competition with just the click of a mouse. While there is only so much you can do when it comes to adjusting your profit margins, you can still find success by adjusting the method that will complete the processes in making your business successful.

useful tools

As a whole, the Lean process is a group of useful tools that can be called upon to identify waste in the current paradigm either for the business as a whole or for its upcoming projects. Specific focus is also given to reducing costs and improving production whenever possible

Nice book

This book is the one I have been looking for. It doesn't get bogged down in describing what Lean is; this book describes how to implement in an existing non-lean company that is financial focused and hard-nosed. Book is no academic; this is the story of multiple successful lean transformations with real multi-national .
