I would definitely recommend this book.

Great for anyone wanting to get started with bodyweight training. Great description of the exercises, progressions from beginner to advanced. I would definitely recommend this book.

Nothing new.

Author is well versed in his field. Unfortunately, the book is no different than other books of its type. Which is to say that diet and exercise is what matters. Narrator keeps the information flowing at a good pace.

Get Motivated!

As a personal trainer, I really enjoyed reading this book and was hoping for some motivation that I could bring to my clients. James Atkinson really knows his stuff and he just seems like he really wants people to succeed. I'm excited to use his methods in my own personal life to motivate myself and others around me.

Great book with awesome narration!!!

Incredibly helpful and informative book. I am almost a year postop and this book has provided great tips and tools to help me succeed on my weight loss journey.
the narrator was great. most of the audible stories seem to have not so great narrators. this narrator was very engaging and lively. I felt like she was just talking and not reading.

Loved it, very informative!

Really enjoyed listening to this audio book.

Love this book

This is a great book. It offers some real great insight into habits and leave the reader wanting to learn more. Brian is very charismatic and passionate which comes through in this book. I’ve listened to the book multiple times and frequently go back to it and selected part when I’m struggling. I cannot recommend this book enough.
