Very informative and knowledgeable

A great book for business minded people

I need these types of books for business. There are many books out there with advice for people in business who need help with their leadership and team building skills but this has to be one of the best. A lot of it is communication and learning to understand others in any type of business situation. Once you open your mind to the possibilities, you'll be able to build efficient and effective teams and being a good leader of that team. You'll see a great measure of success once you know how to put together a great team with everyone working together toward a common goal. I highly recommend this book!

Leadership is a team effort

I'm glad I have this 3-fer set; from listening to these three books, I'm even more convinced that my success rests in my ability to servant-lead my team to their success.

I especially appreciated the description of the specific needs of team members in each stage of the team's life. From the Leadership book, I am motivated by the inspiring quotations and am starting to implement the 100 strategies...not all at once, but I have plenty to work on for years to come! I am finding this book set highly practical because it addresses my current needs in a down-to-earth fashion.

Honestly, I would! Very interesting topics and simple tricks that shocked me once I realized how much time I wasting without using them.

If you are the lead team manager or are in a management position at your workplace or business, I would highly recommend this book! It offers some really simple and unique ways people can improve in their working relationships with their team members. After reading this book I realized how much time I was wasting by using my old leadership formula and quickly reorganized my game plan. Things have been great ever since!

It's all about QUALITY LEADERSHIP!

Quality leadership is something that needs to be actively maintained and nourished. I think too many people in leadership roles become complacent with their skills and it causes a steady decrease in their abilities. I found this audio set gave me some unique tips and a different perspective. I really enjoyed the leadership quotes and found the set to be motivational! I know this will help be to become more successful. I recommend giving it a listen no matter what type of profession you are in!

What made the experience of listening to Leadership, Team Building, Success: The Time to Be Great Is Now! the most enjoyable?

I have an interview for a job on Tuesday. I have not worked in seven years because I was able to be a stay-at-home-mom. Well, now I have to get back out to work, and I have to admit that I am a bit scared, but the is something that Ace said that really had me thinking about where my life is heading, "”Get into the habit of focusing on your core values. Some of the most common values that people hold dear are their families, their religion, and their morals. Most of the time, your values are enough to inspire you to accomplish great things." For me the most important thing to accomplish in my life is to may able to take the best care of my daughters. I want to give them all that I can because they have given me such joy!

Success..." are the quotes that are in the book about Success. My favorite quote is the one by Winston Churchill in which he says,"“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

Which character – as performed by Joshua Mackey – was your favorite?

Joshua Mackey is basically playing the role of Ace McCloud, the author of the book. So I guess him reading the words of Ace could be considered Ace's character. he is always upbeat about everything he reads.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Unfortunately, this was a 6 hour book, so no I could not listen to it in one sitting, but I was able to break it up in two sittings.

Any additional comments?

The reason that I chose the quote by Winston Churchill is because I am one who is afraid of failing. There have been times when something has gone wrong, and I was afraid to face it, bit his words ring so true it is courage to face what may happen, and move on from it. It will probably make you a better person.

What did you love best about Leadership, Team Building, Success: The Time to Be Great Is Now!?

If you don't become successful using the methods of these three books, there is something really wrong with you. This trilogy teaches you how leadership and team building leads to great success in business, but you can also apply it to everyday life with friends, neighbors and the kids. It helps you understand the inner workings of relationships and allows you to think before speaking and acting in a smart way so that you can be successful in whatever you do.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked the part about developing a mission statement. Every company, organization, agency and person needs a mission statement. We were all put on this earth to do something, so it isn't a strange or stupid thing to write up a mission statement for yourself and try to stick to it.

Which scene was your favorite?

This is a non fiction book so there are no scenes. I particularly liked the ideas on team building. You need these skills in life whether you are a stay at home mom or a CEO of a large corporation. The methods and exercises to do team building are easy enough, anyone can do them and they really do drive home the idea of success.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

You can, but I would break it down into listening to the three books in separate sittings. It takes almost 4 hours to get through the trilogy and breaking it up makes it so you retain more of it.

This trilogy of self help books will help you become successful, help you learn to build teams that work well and help you become a fair and honest leader.
