A must read for anyone in a leadership role

Great read and engaging. I recommend this book for anyone interested in reassessing their roles in their career as well as their life priorities. So many of us are in leadership shock, without realizing it. Pete opens the box to looking deeper at what you truly value as a leader and person, how to adapt to new situations, and getting out of the “shock”. Using tools from previous life experiences, acknowledging them, and looking ahead at how new challenges may differ in changed roles, all through being authentic to yourself and those around you.
