A very good set of practical advice on leadership.

This book provides a nice overview of Navy seal leadership tactics. I recommend having a notebook next to you to jot down some ideas for use in your organization. I found myself doing this several times.

Short but sweet

C'mon don't kid yourself. It tells you some of the stuff you should be doing already. Or the stuff you don't have the fortitude to do right now. But it's a slap into reality that every manager should hear. I'd like to give this book to the management @ 2 of the "Big Three" automakers namely the biggest. Boy do they ever need to hear this!

The narrator !

Michael Prichert IMO is the perfect fit for this.
I have dozens of books on military related life and wish I had and option to choose the narrator. it would easily be Michael. He tells the story as if he lived it himself! and that alone keeps your Interest at an all time high!

I learned a thing or two

Interesting perspective on leadership practices. This is not a book that can be considered a golden standard, yet it does have some good points.
