Just amazing!
I love the story!! I just wish the book was longer :)! This book and the last one have left me wanting more and I can never get enough! I can't wait for the next installment!

So many feels…
Let me hit the performance piece first. Bray is a boss and I was worried that Grant would not be able to live up to that legacy. I need not have worried. Awesome job man, thank you.
I really dug the narrative flashback style this was told in. That gut punch in the beginning was rough and by the time you got around to telling that part of the tale, the suspense had me really on edge. Ansbach and Cole nailed this for me.

Good story but disjointed writing structure
I liked this installment as a battle.
The characters didn’t develop very much.
The story structure itself was completely schizophrenic. I couldn’t tell you the order anything happened. There was an obnoxious amount of the narrator blowing plot points then saying “I’ll tell you later”

Love the series, excellent book
This is among my favorite series of books not the least because of the real rangering going on in these stories! Love the ranger interviews at the end of each book!

Love these stories. Give me more ,give me more !
Yes, I know all the serious readers probably look upon this series as a weird soldier fantasy.But that’s ok, Because this old soldier enjoys the hell out of it. Even though I was a Cavalry Tanker, I can appreciate the Ranger way. I’m also glad as the stories have gone along, the endless coffee discussions have given room for more action. So please keep these books coming. When is the next one coming and what is the name please?
