The stories are very funny and the narrator is very competent. It seems that he is having fun along with Nicolas and his friends.

Le Petit Nicolas et les copains (Review)
I liked how the narrator told the story. He had a great tone and made me feel like I was in the story. The structure of the story is nice too.
