To every girl with a pulse, he's Lawton Rastor - billionaire bad boy, former underground fighter, and heartbreaker extraordinaire. But in his own private torment, he's the guy who lost his only chance at her - the one exceptional girl he can't quite forget.
He's a notorious bad boy with a terrible reputation. She's a plucky nice girl who wants to play it safe. How can Lawton, who built his empire on raw badness alone, win the heart and mind of the sweetest thing he's ever known?
In Unbelonging, we heard the tale from Chloe Malinski, the girl next door who captured his heart. Now, at last, Lawton tells his side of the story.

Great story. Creative and pure fun. The story pulled me in from the beginning and never let go. This is one of those books that I was irritated if I had to stop listening for any reason. I listened every chance I had.Even though I didn't listen to the first part of the series that is told from Chloe's point of view, that had no impact on my enjoyment of this book at all. For me it was like this was the first book in the series. After listening to Lawton's side of the story I don't think I would enjoy it as much from Chloe's point of view. Lawton has a personality that jumps off the page, it would be a disappointment to not have that come through in another book.
I could tell you all kinds of really great things about the story but bottom line, you just need to listen to it and discover all the yummy goodness that is Lawton Rastor for yourself. You won't be disappointed. It's worth it.
Plenty of sarcastic humor, a bit of steamy romance, a little drama, suspense and mystery, a few secrets, a lack of trust, a huge mistake and more all woven into a really entertaining and enjoyable story.
Be warned it does end in a cliffhanger.
Connor Brown does a fantastic job with the narration. He was the perfect narrator for this book. He has one of those voices that just pulls you into a story. He captured Lawton's personality and emotions to a T, and brought him to life. The humor and sarcasm is delivered with the perfect tone, inflection and cadence. If Lawton was "thinking to himself" it was clear. There was never any confusion. Great character voices. And, oh my….perfect voice for building the steam & tension…. smooth and smoldering…..melting. Very enjoyable

Would you consider the audio edition of Lawton to be better than the print version?
I thought that reading Lawton's perspective was good, boy, was I wrong!!!! Connor does an amazing job narrating this book. Being able to listen to Lawton's perspective is even better. The Narrator Connor, brings a more realistic down to earth, swoon-worthy vibe to Lawton. He is more reachable personality wise, I was hooked as soon as I pushed play. I would catch myself just sitting there listening and forget what I was doing completely. Well done, Sabrina Stark, on choosing this fantastic Narrator!Who was your favorite character and why?
Lawton Rastor is definitely my favorite character, being able to hear his perspective and understand where he comes from, why he is stand offish in some scenes. It brings to light the down to earth personality that allows you to connect with him a lot more than when we read Chloe's perspective. And just to mention again...the voice!!! My goodness, makes it even better! What does Connor Brown bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Connor brings Lawton to life, he brings the personality that we all didn't get to see when reading/listening to Chloe's perspective in Unbelonging/Rebelonging. I feel like even reading it, you don't get that full connection. Until you listen to Connor narrating Lawton, he brings that down to earth personality, the caring, funny, human being that Lawton really is. And did I mention, Swoon-worthy! Connor was the perfect choice to narrate, Lawton. You always worry that certain "scenes" will be awkward depending on the narrator, not in this case, perfectly suave, and if anything hooked me into those specific scenes, even more. Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
YES! I was upset every time I had to pause or stop it so I could you know, go to bed for work the next day. ha ha! I cannot wait to listen to Rastor narrated by Connor, this left me wanting more! Most definitely!Any additional comments?
More than likely repeating myself, but Connor did a fanstastic job, Lawton is now someone I feel I understand, can relate to, and someone that I know has Chloe's good intentions at heart. Not that I thought he was bad in the previous books, but I feel like he is someone more reachable, not this famous meat head, that has nothing but that going for him.Listening to this beauty is even better!

Just a warning... it does end in a bit of a cliffhanger. But, the end game is worth it. I love Sabrina Stark's book in general.
Where has this narrator been hiding?!
