I loved it!

It was a great ending to the series! If its a real ending?... hmmmm... Anyway... As time went on, I learned to like Damon.... just not the way he does things sometimes lol. But those kids really softened him uo for sure! Clara was the poop! I enjoyed her very much! Open minded, pretty comfortable in her own skin, out spoken and I admired the heck out of her for that and for hanging in there... when what she went through would have broken most people. But she just kept trucking it! All of the MCs from this series had battles or demons to fight or live with...and I admire that. Has definitely made me want to try harder at some things. To the Author: Your Dope!

LOVE all the series would LOVE it if you can have the rest done in audio. The Boarlanders, the Breck fire and any other I forgot.

Damon Daye and his beloved Clara

This story is a bit confusing at times because it hops from the past to the present and from dreams to reality. The audio version has enough volume changes and glitches that it is a bit irritating. Not my favorite of the series, but still great background on the Immortal Dragon that is the anchor for Damon’s mountains that I recommend you read it. This book is full of lovey dovey sentiments and sexiness too, as well as a surprise ending.

So short but so fantastic and answers so many questions I’ve had about the other books! In love with TS Joyce books! She is a fantastic author and I can not wait to read more

Dragon!!

Damon is that character that spends like 8 books eating people to protect his friends, you’ve learned his tragic backstory, and then he finally gets his own book and relief is all you can feel.
He’s broken but can you imagine how alone he is? Can you imagine living for God only knows how long alone and there’s no end in sight and all you have is kids that are aging and dying and grand kids that are aging and dying and- crap I’m depressed.
Then, in she walks. Beautiful. Dominant. Perfect. And she wants him. And no matter what she’s going to grow- alright. Nope. Not saying it. Point is, I set myself up for heartache. I set myself up for disappointment and sadness. Also, I wanted him to get his 40 years of happiness with her and she is perfect. The story is amazing. The ending is what it should be.
Mackenzie Harte is so talented and I love her work.

So confused at the end

I really enjoyed this story up until almost the end. I didn’t understand the battle and what role his previous lover played. It was just too confusing for me. Don’t know if he was still immortal or not.

Last immortal dragon indeed

This book ends another series of the tales of broken shifters who find redemption by finding those mates.

While I prefer the dragon to be mysterious, it was good to see the transformation from closed off to open to love.

Love Damon and Clara's story

I loved the dionamics between Clare and Damon . Clare was a reincarnation of Damon's lost love whom disieved him terribly.
