Critic Reviews

"Pimsleur programs provide plenty of positive reinforcement that will keep learners on track, and we found that Pimsleur gave us more proficiency and confidence in speaking the new language than any of the other language programs we reviewed." (AudioFile magazine)

Best Language Program Ever!

I recommend the Pimsleur language series to all my friends. They are all converts from other programs now.

I recommend putting it on while listening passively, while commuting, cleaning, etc. No sitting in front of a computer an hour at a time. I listen for 10min here, then a couple hours later 10min there. Let it soak in throughout the day.

I have done both the Spanish and French, and I have been told by native speakers (of both languages) that I have no accent! It is absolutely because of the pronunciation breakdown in the lessons. Problem with that is that native speakers speak to me too quickly after hearing my first few phrases, because I have no accent! Well done Pimsleur!
