Je cherchais un livre pour m'entraîner en français et je crois que j'ai faite une bonne choix.

L'histoire est captivante et la narration est un vrai plaisir aux oreilles.

Bon roman psychologique

Un peu longuet au début. Bien écrit. Bonne description il me semble des errements d'une alcoolique qui tout au long du livre prend mauvaise décision après décision pour finalement émerger.

Histoire fantastique

J'aime bien fortement d'écouter cet ouvre. Je l'ai utilisé avec la version disponible en anglais pour apprendre la français et améliorer mon vocabulaire. Bravo pour faire cet traduction pour les francophiles comme moi.

crafty and smart

Three women's voices unraveled a mystery. Getting to know the three characters, often rivals and very imperfect, brought put a lot of conflicting sympathies and confusing emotions. I found myself waffling between sympathy, hate, anger, and fear for each of the characters and the murder-mystery plot took a back seat to figuring out how these women lived. Trigger warning: there are multiple graphic depictions of domestic violence. Excellent narration.

I got this book after seeing build boards for the upcoming movie - "Thriller that shocked the world".Thru long hours till the last minutes I was hoping for the "shock", some unexpected revelation at the end... didn't happen.Nothing shocking, pools of suspects so think and no one is beyond suspicion, so eventually, oh it was that person... oh well.It tries to be "Gone Girl", but overall suspension is barely there. I guess it's easy to shock the word now days.

But it's serviceable for the long commute.

Une histoire simple et sans intérêt.

La performance des narrateurs est excellente. C'est un livre écrit pour le grand écran, un peu comme un scénario hollywoodien mais étoffé au point de devenir un roman. Il n'y a rien de particulièrement remarquable dans l'histoire et les personnages sont quelconques. Cela fait penser à une dramatisation d'un fait divers.
