Partner with companies who complement your services! It’s a simple idea but powerful. Too often we team up with competitors and end up overlapping rather than adding value. This book was a good reminder that the best partnerships expand what you offer your clients instead of duplicating it.

I enjoyed working through the concepts and creating the ideal partner profile. That’s something I haven’t done. I’ve usually just cowboyed my way through and partnered with friends and colleagues. This book really made me rethink my approach to partnerships.
