im so happy with this book. if you think the 1st book was good your going to love this one. just when you think everything is going good something bad happens. but thank God for Everett, the smart handsome Lawyer. he had everything ready so nothing bad can happen. i cant wait to see whats next. i do hope the 3rd book comes out soon.

2022 Audiobook Review:

Just adding some more words to add to my ebook review from last year specifically for the narration. I think this duo did a good job with this emotional 2nd book. To make these burly men nervous about everything because of our MCs health status was adorable, the nervousness she went through with her Project Runway debut haha and being pampered through everything. I think the best thing was the kids reactions and feelings, they were done so well, especially with the aunt's stressful situation. I don't know if I noticed it in book 1 but the male performances sometimes seemed over the top to me but overall I liked the narration and will be listening to the audiobook in the future again. 4/5 from me for the narration ❤️

I read book 1 of this series after I lost a dear friend and it was just what I needed to help get me out of the darkness and the book slump I was in. I loved how the adorable moments (and heated moments) continued in book 2 of Sharan Daire's contemporary single mom RH series. I loved the comedic part of this love story, the dynamic with the men and Shelby was fabulous, made me giggle and smile so much throughout the book. I honestly didn't want it to end and was so happy to see the author was going to give us more because YES PLEASE!

I liked the walls further broken and overcome in this edition of the series, the developments with their livelihood (I love how fairytale this story is, makes me so happy!) and I loved the author took the time to give us just enough details with the fashion subplot but not to overdo it. A lover of Project Runway made me appreciate the information and creativity that was shown, I could imagine the looks in my head. This author knows how to create these mental images, describes them so well that we are truly immersed in that world. I also loved the confrontation with a certain waste of space and how the kids acted and how the men were there as a unit. And don't even get me started on the 🔥🔥🔥 scenes. Loved it all around.

Definitely recommend this lighter and happier RH contemporary series. Feel good story with real-world insecurities and anxieties, and love the camaraderie with the brothers and how they band together to take care of their new family. And the side characters also were a joy (I was worried about the MIL but she turned out alright haha).

Book 2 starts off where book 1 ended. Shelby and her boys continue to face more real life type of problems. While this series has no shifters or Alpha designations in the story line, Chris reminds me of the way an Alpha in a shifter romance would act when he directs the others. I am really enjoying this series. I believe anyone who is looking for a light and spicy novel would enjoy this series immensely!

RH is one of my fave things to read and this one definitely hit the spot! The guys were amazing and I love them all lol cuz why choose right?!
