50% sex

The last third of the book was a great story and l would love to have gone on with the series except for the vast amount of sex scenes. Of course if that combination is your cup of tea then your in for a very entertaining and interesting shifter series.

Not enough story

I’ve always thought sex scenes were to add a little spice to the story not be the story. The first half of this story is one sex scene after another. The second half of the book has an actual story and is much better imo. So spice is nice but too much spoils the flavor.

Good story, romance a little rushed.

This was a cute story, and I enjoyed hearing from other characters. Good narrator too. I'll listen to the next one.

This book is so good! Highly recommend Krystal Shannan’s books! Her books will pull you in from the first sentence all the way to the last sentence! Definitely a must read!

Dragons Falling From The Sky!

Great start to a new series where various shifters escape their dying world through a portal and end up in Alaska. This story introduces some of the major characters as well as explains how these shifters lived on their world but now must adapt to our world. Col is the only surviving member of the royal dragon family and followed the traitorous dragons through the portal to get justice for his family. But while fighting he stumbles upon something he wasn't expecting - his mate. Naomi is in Alaska to take pictures of nature for work, and she sure wasn't expecting dragons to fall out of the sky right on top of her! What follows is one wild adventure as they both try to wrap their heads around the position they find themselves in. I really enjoyed the journey to their HEA and can't wait to see what the rest of the series holds!
The narrator was just okay. While she had plenty of emotion in her voice, there wasn't a whole lot of variation in the different characters which made it difficult to know which guy was talking at certain points. But overall, a great listen.

Great start

So this was a great start to this new world. I enjoyed the narrator. I'm interested in the rest of the series and what other tribes came through.

love a good love story

where there an alien, human, or a mix of the two Krystal Shannan is a great author of a love story.
characters are strong, real life and full of hope for the love of their life.

Great start

I thought the book was decent. The storyline was interesting. I read other reviews where people complained about the characters having sex so soon but I didn’t bother mean, I think it ties into the animalistic quality. I’m interested to read the rest of the series.

A typical paranormal romance

This writer has the skills shown in this book but needs to engage the creative aspect of writing. The dragon them is so in need of MORE series books. Hopefully, the writer can find the creative side needed to contribute to the theme. Narrator is marginally better than average because pacing and inflection is present.

Loved the storyline easy to get into the story. characters are likable. Wish the books were in a pack.
