Cute, Yum, & Fun
I love a good cozy and a good cozy paranormal is a plus. This book hit all the right notes for me. The protagonist is vulnerable, but she is no pushover, and she has a brain. Although magic is completely foreign to her, she both recognizes and embraces it with a gusto rarely found in other novice witch characters. Of course, the potential love interest is a hunk, but there is so much more to him. Lots of potential for other characters, but the stars of the show are the kittens. Many cozies include one or more cats, but these kittens are the absolute best. They are cute, loyal, and magical. I cannot wait for the next book.
