An Introductory Language Course for 3 to 5 Year Olds

This is an audio course for children ages three to five years old to learn the basics of the Serbian language (content is basic to intermediate level). It includes games, songs, and activities to promote learning of key Serbian words and phrases and build familiarity with the pronunciation of Serbian vocabulary. The course makes learning Serbian fun and engaging for a younger audience, using many songs and games.

The content is divided into 10 daily sessions of 15 to 30 minutes each, depending on the content covered, starting with introducing vocabulary in a memorable way using descriptions and sound effects to aid memory and retention, and then reviewing the same content in different ways later in the course. The contents are things that can be put to daily use like greetings, the weather, colors, numbers, places, and many other important topics that kids can use when speaking and understanding Serbian. The addition of Serbian songs also builds awareness of Serbian language and culture. Throughout, the content encourages the listener to engage with the course content to improve their learning of Serbian while having fun.
